What time can we arrive?

For Touring and Camping check-in is from 11 am. Check-out time is 10.30 am. Late check-out can be arranged with Reception but is not guaranteed.

Are barbecues allowed?
A
Barbecues can be used on-site, as long as they are contained and raised off the grass. Open fires are strictly prohibited.

Are generators allowed?
A
No, we do not allow the use of generators on-site as they disturb others.

Are pets allowed?
A
Yes, but they must be under the owner’s control at all times and must be kept on a short lead and supervised at all times on the park. There is a maximum of 4 dogs allowed per pitch. The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Do you have laundry facilities onsite?
A
Yes, there are launderettes located in our facility blocks, with washing machines and tumble driers. Irons can be hired from Reception upon request.

Do you freeze ice packs on-site?
A
Yes, please enquire at Diamond Farm Cafe & Shop.

Do buses stop near the campsite?
A
Buses stop at the gates of the campsite, with routes north to Weston Super Mare or south to Brean and Burnham on Sea.

Are there facilities for disabled customers?
A
The park is mainly level with wheelchair access. There are specially adapted toilets and showers available in each toilet block.

Do you have plug sockets and hairdryers in the washrooms?
A
Yes, we have plug sockets in the toilet blocks as well as shaving sockets. Hairdryers can be obtained from reception if required.

Do you have WIFI internet on-site?
A
Yes, it is via Club Wifi. You can buy internet credit straight from your connection page on your laptop or mobile device. Club Wifi handles all technical support therefore it is best to contact them directly if you have issues connecting to Club Wifi. The helpline number is 01626 270140.

Do you stock gas bottles?
A
Yes, we stock various sizes in reception.

Is there anywhere to charge mobile phones or other devices?
A
Yes, you can charge your device at Reception, we ask a small donation be made to charity.

Do you have security?
A
Yes, we have security and a night warden.

How far is the park from the beach?
A
About ¾ mile along a country lane.

Can friends be pitched together?
A
We will endeavour to put you in the field of your choice and keeps groups of families and friends together, however it can not be guaranteed during busy periods.

Can I have a Pup Tent or Gazebo?
A
Small pup tents & gazebos are allowed at an extra charge.

Do you allow groups of youngsters?
A
Groups of young people are NOT permitted to stay, we accept bookings of couples or families only.

What is the largest size pitch/tent I can have?
A
Our pitches are approx. 6m x 6m.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay?
A
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights during Bank Holidays and a maximum stay of 28 nights.

Will I need a fishing licence?
A
NRA fishing licences are required and fishing only within National times.

Do I have to book the fishing?
A
There is no need to book the fishing.
Q
Do I have to pay for fishing?
A
Providing you are staying with us it is free, otherwise it is £5.00 for the day.
