We all need something to look forward to during these challenging times, but we also know that you need to be confident that your money and holidays are protected.

 

Our ‘Book with Confidence guarantee applies to all touring, camping and holiday home stays booked directly through us.

Our guarantee means:

 

No-quibble refunds: If the Park must close due to government advice when you’re due to be on holiday with us, you’ll get a no-quibble 100% refund.

 

Changes: If you and/or a member of your party have tested positive for Covid-19, you have the following options:

 

  1. Transfer your holiday to new dates in the current year. There will be a £20 amendment fee to do this
  2. If you are not sure of your new dates, we will issue you with a credit, which can be used on a new holiday in the current year or to pay for an existing booking

How can you play your part?

 

We all have an essential role to play to ensure we all remain safe, so when on-site, please follow this advice:

 

  1. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds.
  2. Respect other guests and our staff.
  3. Comply with all signage and floor marking instructions.
  4. Listen to our staff instructions.
  5. If you or any of your family experience Covid-19 symptoms, then contact us immediately on 01278 751 794. Do not leave your accommodation and please wait for further instructions.

To ensure the safety of all of our guests and staff we would recommend you not attend your holiday and follow all government guidance. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity to discuss your options.

Do I need to have a COVID vaccine to go on holiday?

We do not require customers to have the COVID-19 vaccine to travel to our parks. As long as you or any members of your party do not display any coronavirus symptoms and have not been told to self-isolate, you are permitted to go on holiday.

Do I need to take a COVID test and show a negative test result before I travel?

No, you will not be required to take a COVID-19 test and show a negative test result before travelling to our parks. As long as you or any members of your party do not display any coronavirus symptoms and have not been told to self-isolate, you are permitted to go on holiday.

What should I do if I become unwell during my holiday?

If you become unwell while at one of our parks, please call Reception on 01278 751 794. The team will ask for your details, including details of your accommodation and holiday party. It’s important that we work to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the park amongst our guests and staff, so you may be required to leave the park and return home to self isolate.
